I have been using the machine three times a day, once in the morning twice in the afternoon and once at nighttime before bed. My wife has been using it too. As of yesterday I lost 10 pounds. And when I look in the mirror my body looks better than before, my belly is not that big so I think the machine is helping me out. My walking is a little better (still not too stable because of the CIDP) but I am doing much better than before.
